Task
For our client Stratasys in central Copenhagen, we are now looking for Senior Electrical Engineer. The Senior Electrical Engineer will contribute to all aspects of the electrical control systems.
The team in Copenhagen is part of the global 3D giant Stratasys and responsible for a brand-new series of 3D printers with the ambition of moving 3D print from prototyping into production.
Specific focus, in this position, will be on the SAF BU products.
This includes development and maintenance of customized hardware, electrical components, test specifications, controls architecture, wiring, firmware as well as manufacturing support and related documentation.
The position will be shared between the R&D and Engineering team and will be reporting to the Engineering Manager.
You will play a key role in the team developing a high-speed 3D printer based on world-leading piezoelectric drop-on-demand inkjet technologies.

The candidate – core competencies
- Experience in designing high/low voltage control systems for processing/automation equipment (and component selection)
- Experience with EMS-related support activities
- Experience with HW development of embedded systems
Educational level:
- Degree in electrical Engineering or similar, plus a minimum of at least 5 years’ experience.
Language:
- Working as part of an international company, you will need to be fluent in written and spoken technical English.
Practical experience:
- Experience in designing high/low voltage control systems for processing/automation equipment (and component selection)
- Experience with EMS-related support activities
- Experience with HW development of embedded systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Confident in using IT systems
