The position
For our client Stratasys, in central Copenhagen, we are looking for a skilled Verification/Validation/Test Engineer.
If your interests are in technical products and 3D printing, we offer a rare and unique opportunity to join a team of 3D printing experts with great passion for building products.
The team in Copenhagen is a part of the global 3D giant Stratasys, and responsible for a brand-new series of 3D printers with the ambition of moving 3D print from prototyping into production. You will play a key role in the team, developing a high-speed 3D printer based on world-leading piezoelectric drop-on-demand inkjet technologies.
Your role as a Verification Engineer, will be to participate in product development projects. Here, you will be responsible for defining the performance and quality requirements for our products and find ways of testing them.

The candidate – core competencies
- Must ask the question: “Can we trust the test specifications?”
- Familiar with 8 step model, FMEA model, V-model
- Experience with apparatus and industrial products
- Familiar and experience with failure metrics, MTTR, MTBF, MTTF
- Experience with Development of tests (rather than product)
Educational level:
- BSc or MSc Mechatronics / production / mechanical / electrical engineer
Language:
Working as part of an international company, you will need to be fluent in written and spoken technical English.

- 8 step model (Root Cause Analysis)
- V-model
- FMEA model
- Apparatus / Industrial product
- Meantime concepts, failure metrics, MTTR, MTBF, MTTF
- Design and development of test concepts/paradigm for apparatus and products
- Mechanical and electronic design understanding
